This production is provided by 6 production sites in the Perigord and 10 technicians. Sales under the Caviar Perle Noire brand are made to over 500 professional customers and resellers in France and also to Dubai, Morocco, Switzerland, and importers distributors.Our customers claim to be highly satisfied. We are looking for other distributors and points of sale within and outside Europe. Since 1997, we have been developing and producing all our products in our workshop near our fish farms. Our team is made up of enthusiastic aquaculture specialists. Thanks to our know-how, we can produce exceptionally high quality caviare. We are spared from carrying out any treatments thanks to the absence of illness in our fish farms. We have banned the use of any agrochemicals on our sites. The exceptional quality of our environment and water, our low intensity farming and the selection of nutrients we use, ensure that the taste of our products is second to none. Our food products do not contain any GMOs, antibiotics, hormones, but simply cereals grown in Europe and fish-meal from sustainable fisheries (FSC).
