CasoCleanCheck GbR specialises in inspecting the technical cleanliness of components. We use a special analysis facility for this purpose. In addition to the residual dirt analysis of functional components, we have also become specialists in the inspection of decorative components. The measurement of component cleanliness plays a significant role, since it is gaining increasing significance as a sign of quality, and is also more frequently recorded on drawings (CCC = component cleanliness code), through which it can be quantified as well. Our procedures and standards, which have been specially developed for this purpose, allow us to generate fast, reliable, reproducible and cost-effective results. The residual dirt analyses that we perform conform to the standards of the new VDA 19 (ISO 16232). Our clients include some of the most well-known names in the automotive supplier industry. The company CasoCleanCheck is accredited to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard as of March 2013.
