MP GmbH Montage- und Prüfsysteme was established in 1990 and develops and produces bespoke machines for assembly, measuring and testing processes, tailored to customer requirements. For the assembly machines, we use our modular system with custom process design. Our MP joining press, process controller (traceability) and dosing quantity tester are hugely popular among are customers and are put to use in many applications. Our clients, who include AAM, Biotronik, BMW, Bosch, Continental, Daimler, Häfele, Linamar, Magna, Nidec, Oerlikon, Stihl, Volkswagen, ZF and many more, operate in the fields of automotive manufacture, medicine, furniture and garden tools. We support our clients through our extensive expertise in the assembly and testing of gearboxes, exhaust gas recirculation coolers, camshaft modules, viscous dampers, automotive pumps, artificial pacemakers, colostomy bags, dowels, hedge trimmers, etc. and have previously supplied to clients in Brazil, China, Mexico, Thailand and the USA.

Thanks to a cutting technology that was developed over 33 years ago, well diamond wire saws have helped more than 1200 customers worldwide achieve the results they desire. well diamond wire saws achieve smooth, sharp-edged surfaces on practically any material. The applied cutting tool is stainless steel wire with diamond grains that can be effectively "embedded" in the wire. This patented embedding process guarantees the highest degree of cutting capability and the longevity of the wire. The wire is wound around a drum that is attached to a precision hoist motor. Depending on the size of the saw, the length of the wire ranges from 10 to 40 metres. It has a diameter between 0.10 and 0.70 mm. All our saws use the force of gravity and/or weights as a method to achieve and maintain consistent feed rates. Moreover, they all possess continual variable speed control for the wire.
