At our sites in Neidenstein (Germany) and Dasnice (Czech Republic), we produce STAX metal fibres from non-alloy steel, stainless steels 1.4113 and 1.4841, copper Cu99, brass MS67 and aluminium AlMg5. In addition to synthetic fibres such as PET and PP, technical fibres such as glass and oxidised polyacrylonitrile are used. Depending on requirements, Ziegler fleeces can be water-repellent (hydrophobic), oil-repellent (oleophobic), flame-retardant and/or have insulating properties. They can be laminated with foam, leather, fabric, spun-bonded fleece, film or a number of other materials. We are certified in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEKO TEX Standard 100.
