ACT Aerosol Chemie Technik GmbH focuses on the production and bottling of chemical technical products in the automotive sector. From products such as the classic brake cleaner and vehicle care products, through to highly complex fuel and oil additives, our product range covers all requirements from the automotive and accessories industry. We produce many of our products ourselves using formulas that are tested and developed in-house. In addition to producing and bottling our own formulas, we also offer our customers the opportunity to mix active ingredients on the basis of their own specifications or bottle liquids supplied by the customer. However, we are not represented on the market with our own trademark; instead, we operate solely in the sector of contract bottling and contract manufacturing with a private label. This means that the products bear our customers' label, our name is not visible and nor can it be established that we were involved in production.

Take advantage of this expertise. This is the only way that you can obtain products that are ideally suited to your purposes. Do you require a product which is not yet available on the market? We can help here as well. For relatively small quantities, we are also happy to take on our OEM customers' requests for products and develop catalogue products from them. Would you like your item number to be included on one of our product? Or your logo to be on the packaging? That is not a problem for us. We are happy to take apply custom branding or labelling for you.

Over 15, 000 Arcotec pretreatment systems in use worldwide are a testimony to our consistently high quality and unique know-how in the field of surface pretreatment. 1997 - Introduction of the atmospheric plasma machine (Arcospot®), which distributes high-energy spark discharges. The introduction of the atmospheric plasma machines in particular opened up the market for materials that are difficult to treat at high feed rates. 1991 - Another physical treatment principle, “flame treatment”, was introduced. 1985 - Arcotec GmbH was founded. Pretreatment systems 1976 - Development and deployment of the world’s first plasma machine with open jet electrodes (Arcojet®) for treating plastic moulded parts; this works with electric plasma. Pretreatment systems 1975 - Production of the pretreatment machines begins using high-frequency corona. Pretreatment systems 1974 - Fritz Bloss founded an independent commercial agency.
