Metallbau Emmeln is focused on manufacturing offshore containers in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 and DNV 2.7-2 as well as EN 12079. We carry out development and testing/certification of these products in collaboration with GL (Germanischer Lloyd). Our products: Transformer stations, fire protection containers, noise protection containers, special containers and control cabinet containers. In the offshore sector, special requirements are placed on containers which other containers cannot meet. Offshore containers are used for transporting goods, but also as enclosures for machines, systems and controls, as storage space or for accommodating people on oil and gas drilling platforms, as well as on transformer platforms.

Thanks to the very high level of in-house production, our product range varies from cleaning solutions for small turned and milled parts only weighing a few grams, to bulk batches for the heat treatment industry weighing 40 tonnes, and very long components, such as frame longitudinal beams measuring up to 12 metres in length. TPS not only constructs custom washing technology but also offers customers a complete solution with linkages, platforms and component handling on request.

GEDA – worldwide presence with products made in Germany Founded in 1929 GEDA GmbH has specialized in designing and manufacturing hoists to be used on construction sites and for industrial purposes all over the world. The wide range of products comprises, amongst others, rope guided hoists, rack and pinion hoists, rubbish chutes, mast climbing platforms as well as ladder hoists and safety systems for hoists. GEDA machines are able to transport loads from 60 kg to 3.7 tonnes. People and materials can be lifted up to a height of 400 m. With all this, GEDA offers by far the widest product range of all building hoist constructors worldwide. Moreover, the company has a special department for building maintenance units and has been in the industrial elevator business for years.
