Another great international distinction for NILO took place at the Wabel Household & Personal Care Summit event, as the company received the "Innovation Award" NILO excelled in the category of Personal Care with its new product Perfumed In-Shower Conditioner - a revolutionary body lotion for use in the shower. The event was held in Paris on the 14th of October 2015 and was attended by distinguished Private Label producers of personal care and cosmetic products.

NILO takes pride in being awarded twice by Green Awards for "Green raw material of the year" and "Green Project of the year", for which NILO received a GOLD and a SILVER award respectively. This is undoubtedly an important recognition of the initiatives taken by NILO to promote eco-friendly products (detergents and cosmetics) in the market, towards a more sustainable future. The products come in Vegan formulas with a quite innovative packaging made of recycled fishing nets and target the reduction of plastic waste in the ocean, as well as the realisation of a green circular economy The evaluation of the Green Awards was undertaken by 33 distinguished academic, institutional agents, scientists and professionals in the field of Ecology, Sustainability, Environment and Sustainability. The Green Awards were organised by Boussias under the auspices of the Panhellenic Association of Chemical Engineers and the Hellenic Association of Graduate Environmentalists.
