Belrey Fibres SA is a family owned textile recycling company with state-of-the-art machinery and is based in Mouscron, Belgium. Our recycled fibres in polypropylene, polyester and nylon serve a wide variety of end uses such as nonwovens for various industries : automotive, geotextiles, drainage, isolation, compounding and yarn spinning. Another recovery route is regranulation and compounding, which transforms thermoplastic textile waste into granules to manufacture plastic parts. Sustainability is at the heart of the Belrey Fibres strategy. To meet the environmental challenges, we defined an innovative organization with a team that is united around a passion for recycling. As a cost-effective and “greener” alternative to virgin materials, recycled synthetic fibres serve as secondary material for nonwovens. Through our customized blending and processing equipment we are able to produce clean and homogenous fibres. By working together with our suppliers, we help them to divert textile material from landfill and to save costs for waste disposal. To make sure that end-users know how to apply efficiently textile polyester strapping and are aware of the proper and save use, we offer to our partners a “Train the trainer” program. We understand that only trained staff with excellent skills can improve safety work practices, while reducing your operational costs. Depending on its strength, strapping is designated for almost any industry: lumber, paper, recycling, agriculture, metal, automotive etc. On demand, all our products can be customized with printing, as well as with your own box or pallet labels. Additional, woven strapping can be fully colored. We also offer hotmelt strapping. In our own laboratory equipped with Instron tensile machine, all products and raw materials are regularly tested during production process. We use ASTM test methods, which includes breaking strength test, elongation test and joint breaking strength test (in combination with a buckle).
