Following a transition period, we are pleased to advise you that our new CBCE range will become the standard silo available from Chief Industries UK Ltd from the beginning of January 2017. This means that, when planning silos for projects which will be delivered from January 2017, the CBCE silo dimensions will now be used. All CBCE silos already delivered have drawn very favourable comments from the installation engineers, who are pleased with the quicker and simpler assembly, and this also appeals to customers because it makes the package of silo and erection more competitive.

Chief Industries UK Ltd were responsible for the supply and supervision of the grain storage section of a grain and fertilizer terminal at Port Qasim in Pakistan. Silos, bucket elevators, and chain conveyors were all manufactured at their parent company, Chief Industries Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska, US.

Due to their continuing worldwide success, Chief are nearing completion of their new factory expansion – doubling the size of their existing factory to 24,000 ft. The new 12,000 ft extension will help further improve it’s already renowned levels of customer service and provide much needed storage and assembly space. To coincide with their factory expansion, work is due to start on a major extension of their offices to accommodate new staff and scope for future expansion….
