Descending head semiautomatic capping machines for Pilfer Proof caps with or without pourer (also can be for Twist Off caps, plastic caps, screw caps...) The bottle, with the cap placed manually on the neck, is placed on the support plate. By pressing the 2 buttons at both sides of the base, the closing head descends and seals the capsule in a few seconds. Note that the machine is suitable for closing Pilfer Proof caps from a minimum of Ø 18 mm to a maximum of 38 mm. Also can be used for Stelvin, BVS or MCA caps. The 4 rollers NO CAP NO ROLL closing head is completely manufactured in s/steel and it’s adjusted for closing 1 cap size. At request any type of closing , labeling, dosing , filling or ... other equipments.

We are Romanian company who produce aluminium caps type Pilfer Proof ( ROPP caps) used for food or pharmaceutical industry. We can produce also pre-threaded caps - different dimensions - at request. These caps can be closed on the bottles with a small device.
