Pôle Cosmétique is the leader in France in statutory procedures for marketing cosmetics in the European Union. Pôle Cosmétique carries out all formalities under regulation 1223/2009 CE for products imported from countries outside the EU and for the registration of products made in Europe: Creation of the Product Information File, toxicological assessment, safety tests, CPNP registration. Thanks to our International Regulations department, Pôle Cosmétique also deals with product export formalities for cosmetics in the USA (FDA), Canada (Health Canada), China, Asean, Japan, Middle East and Africa.
