BTF SA specialises in the bespoke construction of different types of industrial furnaces designed for all industrial sectors, and ceramic furnaces, working in temperatures of up to 1800°C.They can be designed to operate in air, neutral gases or under vacuum, or to perform specific heat treatments such as temepering, cementation, annealing, fusion, drying, ageing, preheating, and so on. BTF also custom designs and builds furnaces used to test various mateirals' fire safety. We engage in extensive R&D efforts with other companies and accredited laboratories. These furnaces, running our proprietary management and data acquisition software, enable tests to be made to meet a wide range of standards (EN-1363-1; -1363 in -2 ASTM-E119; UL-263; BS-476-20; HCM; RWS). We provide maintenance, repair and restoration services for all brands of furnaces, supplying spare parts such as thermocouples, regulators, insulating and/or refractory materials, wound and armoured heating elements.
