Since 1998, Wallenhorster Bartsch GmbH has worked continuously to perfect its profile in the field of innovative water-jet technology. In order to further improve its cutting accuracy, the commission manufacturing company has once again invested in high-tech installations, designed specifically to meet its customers' increasing requirements for high-precision machining of a wide variety of materials. With its new water jet cutting machine, Bartsch has reduced tolerances to as little as +/- 0.05 mm, depending on the material. This "liquid blade" can also achieve any required contours and precisely fulfil any customer requirements. In comparison to conventional thermal methods, water jet cutting is particularly gentle to the material and requires minimal post-machining. In addition, Bartsch works closely with its customers to adjust its method to suit the material being cut. For this reason, Bartsch places particular emphasis on advising and guiding its customers throughout the entire process – whether in Wallenhorst or on-site at the customer's location.
